Filtration & Separation

Filtration and separation sit at the core of most mesh specifications. We select aperture, wire diameter, and weave to hold a target retention rating while keeping flow, pressure drop, and cleanability within the process envelope.

Common formats include filter discs, cylinder and basket strainers, test sieves, and woven or perforated panels. Where the duty is hygienic or corrosive, we default to 304 or 316 stainless with a clean, deburred edge finish; where throughput and open area matter, we tune the weave and wire to maximise flow.
