Nickel alloy mesh — including Monel, Inconel, Hastelloy, and pure nickel — is specified where service temperature, chloride chemistry, or mechanical stress exceed the limits of standard stainless. The result is a mesh that holds accuracy, strength, and corrosion resistance simultaneously.
Monel (a nickel-copper alloy) is a strong match for hydrofluoric acid, sea water, and marine atmospheres. Inconel and Hastelloy (nickel-chromium-molybdenum) handle oxidizing and reducing chemicals plus sustained temperatures above six hundred degrees. Pure nickel is the choice for caustic and alkaline service.
Lead times are longer than for standard stainless and minimum order quantities apply, but we support sample lots for process qualification. Send the chemistry, temperature, and mechanical duty and our engineering team will return a recommended alloy, weave, and a sampling plan.
